Vegetables all including potatoes/sweet potatoes
Fruits - All
Nuts and seeds - All
Beans and lentils - All
Water & 100 % fruit Juices
pita/unleavened flat bread
100 % almond and soy milk
herbs and spices
Whole grains- All
barley, brown rice, buckwheat, bulgur, freekeh, millet, oats, plain popcorn, quinoa, rye, sorghum, spelt, teff, whole grain pasta, whole wheat, and wild rice .
NOT ALLOWED
No fried foods
No Sweets /Desserts
No sugars or artificial sweeteners
No breads or w/Yeast
No dairy
No pops or sodas or sugar filled beverages
No white flour white rice
No processed foods
1 cup of coffee (black or with soy/almond milk only)
is allowed between noon and 6am
1 cup of tea allowed w/100 % honey
is allowed between noon and 6am
